• The owner will ensure that their pet is clean, with up-to-date vaccinations, de-flea and anti-worm treatments.
• The owner undertakes to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic which might make your dog unsuitable for dog walking, including behavioural or health problems and antisocial behaviour including aggression.  Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render the owner’s dog unsuitable for dog walking will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of our agreement.
• All efforts will be made to contact the owner in the event of an emergency.  However, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your pet’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the pet and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon.
• The owner is responsible for payment of any veterinary fees incurred by us.
• The owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by the dog whilst being walked.

Zig Zaks is fully insured with a unique policy from Cliverton. As an individual I am covered for public liability, however, it is advised that you arrange an insurance policy for your individual pet(s) to safeguard yourselves against any costs which can be incurred via veterinary fees or other causes both whilst in our care and yours.

Zig Zaks has been Police checked and verified as having no prior criminal background, and no County and High Court judgments.
